  4. [6:33 AM]
  5. [6:33 AM]1. DEADLINES:
Register by the deadline. Late entry requests must be submitted to a @Committee Official. Majority voting at the committee level ultimately determines late registration crew entry outcomes.
    2. REGISTERED DRIVERS: โ ๐Ÿ“‹๐Ÿš˜-race-rosters-s4-๐Ÿ โ ๐Ÿ“‹๐Ÿš”-mw-rosters-s4 โ ๐Ÿ“‹๐ŸŒด-heat-roster
Crews must register a MINIMUM of 4 racers (while 4 is the required minimum, 6+ is highly encouraged by seasoned crews to help with emergency battle subs). Only racers registered for your crew may participate in league battles. All registered racers must have identifiably unique gamer tags (battle accounts not permitted) Example: IICREWAII, llCREWAll (ii = II & LL = ll ...it's generally confusing ). A crew can make roster changes until the end of week 3 battles in an on-going season (changes are permitted until the end of week 3 battles). Drivers may leave (& be kicked from) a crew at any time. If they leave a team, they can only join one other team by the deadline ^ for that season. After joining another crew's official roster, that racer will be subject to a 7-day race probation period to cover crew hopping incentives (they may not participate in League Races during this period).
    3. REGISTERED TEAMS:
Crew-leads can only register ONE crew under their name per division (i.e. Race & MW). It needs to be completed by different leaders, with different crew names, to track different points - clear crew division required. All platforms ( ) cross-compatible with the games we're competing on are welcome to register, please note additional recording requirements for players in sections below.
    4. BATTLE STREAMS & RECORDINGS: โ ๐Ÿ–ฅ-battle-streams โ ๐Ÿ–ฅ-battle-streams-mw โ No Access
Recording / streaming capabilities is a necessity for registered players (thank mod culture) battles are streamed live & recording is not only highly encouraged to ensure you & your team are covered with cheating accusations, but may be required if accused of suspicious racing activities.
    5. CHEATING ACCUSATIONS:
HPR: Race Note: If accusing or accused you'll need to provide a clip. If the accuser has a well founded accusation (Note: The committee decides if it's "well founded"), the accused pov recording is required so a determination can be made regarding the accusation itself at the committee &/or lead levels. Recording is to protect yourself & your team of any cheating accusations. When you're racing & competing with world record (WR) level racers & teams, playing smart is just the name of the game. Let's keep racing clean, recorded, & fast at this competitive level. HPR: Most Wanted Note: Any Team Leader has the right to request a full recording of any player they may be suspicious of. The lead accusing will have to provide a clip or some sort of recording of the alleged suspicious behavior to the other Team Leaders โ No Access / @Committee Official. If a majority finds that the activities shown in the clip are, in fact, suspicious, the accused party will then have to provide a recording of their side of the incidents. In case of non-compliance or cheating, votes & determinations will be made regarding appropriate penalties accordingly.

  6. [6:33 AM]
  7. [6:34 AM]BATTLE FORMAT:
Crew battles are conducted in a 4vs4 competition format between 2 teams scheduled to compete. Race Series - Super, Exotics, & Hyper. MW Series - Hyper & Exotics. Heat Series:- Daytime Only.
    RACES:
Battles are 10 consecutive races in the vs format ^ an additional race is considered at the conclusion of race 10 in the event of a "tie" or ref facilitated "redo" (making "battles" a maximum of 11 total races). Five races will be chosen by each crew, with the 11th race chosen & agreed on by both crews in advance should a tie-breaker race be needed. MW Series Locations: Each location is played TWICE so that either side gets cop and racer once at said location. No start location choice, what comes next by default after the second run will be it.
    TRACK PICKS:
Are coordinated between crewleaders & submitted to the committee to be posted in #schedules & coordinated amongst @Referees & officials (submissions required by end of day, Saturday). Track pick coordination is required of leaders in a timely fashion & due to the committee to be posted every week in an active season.
    SCHEDULES: โ ๐Ÿ“†-schedule โ ๐Ÿ“†-schedule-mw โ ๐Ÿ“…-schedule-heat
Match-ups are scheduled & posted at the committee level in advance. Both Crews must agree on a battle day & time week to week; needs to be mutually agreeable & shared with the committee in a timely fashion or when requested during an active season. If we are unable to confirm a scheduled match-time & tracks between the 2 teams, a default battle time of 1pm EST Sunday is scheduled & imposed on both teams. The team that does not show up to that defaulted battle time forfeits.
    BATTLE LENGTH:
Battles are anticipated to run anywhere from 30 minutes long to as long as 2 hours (especially MW battles). Please budget your time on battle days for all league competitions accordingly.
    RE-SCHEDULES:
Reschedules must be reported / requested 24 hours before a battle is set to take place.
    TIE-BREAKERS:
Concluding 10 races in a battle, if the scores are tied (or at the discretion of a committee official) the 11th tie-breaker race maybe required. Both crews should standby concluding Race 10 of their on-going battle to confirm if the TB race is necessary.
    RESULT SCREENS โ โšกscreenshot-results โ โšกscreenshot-results-heat
@Referee's need to capture screenshots of the concluding race results, battle streamers are encouraged to pause any clicking at the end of races to allow time to collect the capture & doublecheck for any ties in position splits. Crew leads & teammates alike should also take captures in the event anything is it's needed or contested later.
    BATTLE "PAUSES" & CONTENSIONS: โ ๐Ÿ’ฌ-battle-chat โ ๐Ÿ’ฌ-battle-chat-mw โ ๐Ÿ’ฌ-battle-chat-heat
All mid-battle contentions, redo requests, issues, complaints need to be reported & communicated in designated division #battle-chats. Should a battle start and a team decides to forfeit during the active battle, full points (45 points per unfinished race) will be awarded to the non-forfeiting team, no matter the point at which either team decides to forfeit. 0 points per race for the remainder of the races forfeited will be given to the forfeiting team.
    SHORT-CUTS (SC):
    Shortcuts ARE allowed.
    BATTLE WINS:
Battle wins are determined by position points earned by racers for each team throughout the 10 races (i.e. 1st is 15 points, 2nd is 12 points, etc. see "Points System" for a complete breakdown).

    1. POINTS & SCORING:
โ ๐Ÿฅ‡๐Ÿฅˆ๐Ÿฅ‰-leaderboard โ ๐Ÿฅ‡๐Ÿฅˆ๐Ÿฅ‰-leaderboard-mw โ ๐Ÿฅ‡๐Ÿฅˆ๐Ÿฅ‰-leaderboard-heat โ ๐ŸฅŠ-battle-results โ ๐ŸฅŠ-battle-results-mw โ ๐ŸฅŠ-battle-results-heat Points are recorded & tracked by ref officials after every race. (play-back battle recordings are reviewed should a ref become unavailable at any time to ensure accuracy with battle results.)
      Points for placement are awarded as follows: 1st - 15 pts 2nd - 12 pts 3rd - 10 pts 4th - 8 pts 5th - 6 pts 6th - 4 pts 7th - 2 pts 8th - 1 pts DNF - 0 pts Standard Team Forfeit (FF) points: 360 MW Series: First to win 10 rounds wins the battle.
The team that scores the MOST overall points at the end of all 10 (or 11) races in each battle wins. (edited)
    2. [6:35 AM]
    3. [6:35 AM]TIES: OPPOSING TEAM-TIES: (between racers in a battle, not teams overall)
Ties occurring between racers on opposing teams, will receive the same amount of points for the lowest position of the two (or three) positions they tied in. i.e. A 2-way tie for 1st place would reward 12 points for each driver (not 15). i.e. A 2-way tie for 3rd place would reward 8 points for each driver (not 10). i.e. A 3-way tie for 1st place would reward 10 points for each driver (not 15 or 12).
SAME TEAM-TIES: (between racers in a battle, not teams overall)
Ties occurring between racers on the same team, will receive the normal number of points for the positions they would have occupied had they not tied. Resulting in no impact on the teams overall points. i.e. A 2-way tie for 1st place would reward 15 points for the racer appearing in 1st & 12 points for the racer appearing in 2nd (same team ties count towards the teams overall score no different).
TIES BETWEEN TEAMS : (In terms of seasonal team rankings)
If there are any teams that have tied in both points & wins on the season leaderboards, the team with the most DNF's and/or tied races throughout their season will be ranked the lowest between all tying teams. The team with the least DNF's and/or tied races throughout their season will rank highest, therefore nullifying any ties between teams for leaderboard ranking purposes.
      (edited)
    4. [6:35 AM]
    5. [6:35 AM]THE DISCONNECTION RULE:
Disconnects (including Checkpoint glitches) in the first 20 seconds of a race will be granted a restart. Any disconnect after 20 seconds will result in a DNF for the disconnected driver. Redo requests are discussed between the @Referee & crews in โ ๐Ÿ’ฌ-battle-chat / โ ๐Ÿ’ฌ-battle-chat-mw / โ ๐Ÿ’ฌ-battle-chat-heat or stream. Redo's are restarted right away if before 20 seconds, any redo requests accepted & agreed on after the first 20 seconds can be run after the initial race is completed. Please tag & notify the @Referee in the event of a redo so the scores can be readjusted. In the event a committee review or intervention is necessary, live battles should keep moving & progress along while officials review unless otherwise announced.
      CHECKPOINT GLITCHES:
Checkpoint glitches are treated like a disconnection. The disconnection rule will be followed accordingly ^.
UNLESS COMPLETELY SURE A DISCONNECT OCCURED PRIOR TO 20 SECONDS, DO NOT QUICKLY LEAVE THE LOBBY. MOST WANTED (MW):
Disconnects BEFORE racer weapons load = Redo. (If we notice this is getting abused we reserve the right to block further redos.) Disconnects with any imminent threat of getting busted when most wanted is in cooldown (escaping) that ultimately leads to an escape is grounds for a redo. (The redo being fair for the opposing team who could've otherwise busted the disconnected racer).

    8. [6:36 AM]
    9. [6:37 AM]CHEATING:
Defined as any modifications (performance, visual, etc.) made to the game via external programs, file editing, etc. The use of any glitches or bugs to gain a competitive advantage are NOT permitted. Note: Battle streams with mods installed & shown in menus, backgrounds, etc. are still subject to the cheating rule & season disqualification. Please run the original game mode/version only to remain clear of mod offenses. Anyone who is found to be "cheating" will have all of their points for the battle in question deducted and will be disqualified for the remainder of the season. This rule is for ALL NFS League divisions as some seasons now offer financial incentive to competing teams, cheating must be considered & taken seriously to keep things as fun & fair for everyone as possible.
      BLOCKING:
Defined as blatant blocking with the intention of not being passed near the end or final stretch of a race may result in a points penalty whose value is to be determined by the committee depending on how severe the offense is deemed.
      BATTLE DELAYS:
IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE TO A BATTLE, the committee and/or ref reserves the right to impose forfeit. We understand delays happen, but lets respect each others time & forethought to schedule the battle in advance.
      MISSING A 4TH RACER: ?
If a Crew cannot fill their 4 spots in a battle with registered drivers for a scheduled match, that crew will forfeit. A pre-determined set forfeit score of 360 points will be awarded to the opposing team & posted.
      CREW / RACER Misrepresentation
Drivers may not be registered for more than one team. This includes alternate accounts & identical names ("UC's & Battle Accounts"). This misrepresentation is considered a serious offense. Penalties include but are not limited to full season suspensions, permanent and/or temporary bans from the league, &/or overall team point reductions. X1 First offenses will result in a ban for 1-2 seasons. X2+ Repeat offenders caught playing on multiple teams again, face a lifetime "perma ban". TEAM NOTE: Any of the teams that knowingly play racers that are on other teams face a ban for the rest of the season. Teams unknowingly playing these racers will still face a heavy point deduction TBD by the committee.
      UNSPORTSMANLIKE CONDUCT
Defined as any conduct before, during or after competition that does not promote general positivity (note: cheating, glitching, personal attacks can also be deemed as forms of unsportsmanlike conduct.)
      OFFENSES:
Penalties can result in warnings, suspensions, & in extreme cases...bans. The committee reserves the right to remove drivers &/or teams from League competition as a measure to prevent further unsportsmanlike conduct throughout the duration of any season.
      SCHEDULE FALLOUTS:
If you fail to schedule a time, a standard match time is set for you --> Sunday at 10:00am PST will be the last opportunity for both teams to show up & notify the committee to battle or forfeit. The team to show up with 4 members will obtain the set forfeit points, if neither team shows, both forfeit.
      ACCUSED WITH NO CLIP:
If unable to provide a clip at the time of request for PC modding/cheating accusations, the player is suspended for the next battle.
Bans & penalty outcomes vary depending on the severity & circumstances of each offense described & ultimately at the discretion of the committee. (edited)

      PENALTY BAN NOTE:
Being banned in one division can also impact your teams active registration in another. i.e. If banned for abusing the rules in MW, a seasonal ban would mean the team can no longer compete in MW or Race (any active division they are registered for).
      LIFETIME / PERM BANS:
Lifetime bannable offenses can include, but are not limited to the following under the discretion of @Admins / @Committee Officials: Note some offenses & bans are & can be temporary depending on the severity of the offense, lifetime bans reflect behavior not supported or condoned in gaming communities like these at all.
BAN OFFENSES INCLUDE: (but not limited to the following)
Excessive ramming & racing specific violations. Consistent unsportsmanlike conduct. Blatant disregard for Server rules & respect. Consistent involvement or instigation of toxic community drama. Cited or continued targets of racism & ethnic hate. Noted inappropriate harassment to server & committee members alike i.e. sexual harassments, excessive forms of bullying, doxxing etc. Consistent & intentional confirmations of cheating. Blatant abuse of multiple rules & regs listed throughout the community. Excessive & unwarranted political discussions & debates. General behavior that is cited & associated with spreading drama.
LIFETIME BANS: (Extreme Toxic and/or Community Harm Level Bans)

Check โ ๐Ÿ“ข-announcements & division battle channels โ ๐Ÿ“‚-channels-n-roles often during an active season, don't want to miss any battle updates or changes.
Once โ ๐Ÿ“†-schedule / โ ๐Ÿ“†-schedule-mw / โ ๐Ÿ“…-schedule-heats are posted by the committee, be sure to start coordinating with other leads sooner than later! It takes time to confirm battlers, tracks, & times per team week to week.
Please add at least one of your opponents BEFORE the time the battle is scheduled to start on to avoid needless delays.
If you're planning to sub someone out intentionally, feel free to let the ref know your anticipated lineups in advance, refs log & post scores per racer โ ๐ŸฅŠ-battle-results / โ ๐ŸฅŠ-battle-results-mw / โ ๐ŸฅŠ-battle-results-heat , having the names in advance can help.
Try to avoid being "hangry" or having to use the bathroom during matches, it's recommended you try to cover those bases before the scheduled battle time.
When streaming โ ๐Ÿ–ฅ-battle-streams / โ ๐Ÿ–ฅ-battle-streams-mw / โ No Access please remain mindful of your language, in considering that this is a community of ALL age groups & backgrounds.
Clip & record anything you'd like the committee to review or vote on for compliance later in โ ๐Ÿ“ง-video-submissions. The committee is not responsible for catching every offense & will rely on teams & spectators to submit official complaints within 7 days of an alleged offense. Note that proof must be presented in order for a complaint to be considered valid & action to be taken on behalf of the League. Without proof the complaint can & will be rejected with no action taken. Recording clips & captures of the alleged "foul play" or "cheating" during a race to submit to the league officials concluding the battle is an effective form of "providing proof" to be reviewed.
Have a cool battle moment? Share it with us in โ ๐Ÿ“ง-video-submissions so we can consider it for League Highlight clips & posts!
If unsure about anything, clarify with a @Committee Official we'd like to avoid unfortunate penalties due to misunderstandings & take the opportunity to refine our rules to help make things more clear where we can !
